Basically it's just an interval timer. The 3 minute interval doesn't make any sound. The only cue you finished the 3 minute interval is just a phone vibration. It's not useful because nobody wants to be holding their phone while exercising just to feel it's vibration. Could improve by providing audio alert when fast walking or slow walking is to begin and when the timer is over. I will now uninstall it.

The app is absolutely amazing! I haven’t faced any issues so far, and the founder is also very responsive and directly responds to feedback, which is really appreciated. I just have one small suggestion: it would be great if the app could announce “Slow Walk” when the slow-walking interval starts and “Fast Walk” when the fast-walking interval starts. Other than that, the app is really great! Highly recommended.

u force ppl to pay a subscription after one week. for a sub poor walking app. this app dosnt inclue a propper alam when ur walking a playing music it just acts like a notification so when u get another notification u have to pull ur phone out. nothing tells u if ur walking fast or slow so u dont have to pull ur phone out and the timers dont show up when ur phone is locked so u have to unlock and enter the app while walking. all very inconvenient. its a basic spilt timer that u want me to pay.

The notifications have different sounds so you shouldn’t need to look at the phone at all. If there’s no sound and the notifications do not appear on the lock screen it seems like you have your phone in do not disturb mode. Try changing some settings on your device
